AOC Alliant Technologies, DELTA’s Joint Venture, Awarded Alliant Small Business Contract
New joint venture leverages DELTA’s IT management expertise

Arlington, VA – The General Services Administration has awarded AOC Alliant an Alliant Small Business contract to deliver cost effective solutions to Federal IT customers.

Comprised of Applied Technologies Corporation (Managing Member), Innovative Management & Technology Approaches, IntelliDyne, and DELTA Resources (DELTA), all four successful small businesses bring extensive IT capabilities and program management experience to AOC Alliant Technologies—a small business joint venture formed exclusively for and dedicated to the contract.

“AOC Alliant is the synergistic combination of well established small businesses in the Federal IT sector,” commented Maria Proestou, President and CEO of DELTA. “AOC Alliant provides a complete range of integrated technical IT specialties, task order management methods and tools, and state-of-the-art life cycle development and support.”

Established for government-wide use, federal agencies will be able to obtain innovative, affordable, and integrated solutions in the field of infrastructure services, application services, and IT management services through the contract.
