DELTA Employee Contributes to Two Articles in “The Leading Edge” Magazine
Senior Engineer Paulo Perini helps tell the story of Navy’s Training Operations and goes inside the NAVSEA E3 Program
Arlington, VA – DELTA Resources Inc.’s Paulo Perini contributed to two articles for the September 2009 issue of “The Leading Edge - E3 Challenges and Solutions for the 21st Century." The articles are titled "When the Navy is not fighting, it is training. When the Navy is fighting, it is training," by Wayne Lutzen and “NAVSEA Headquarters’ Perspective - Enabling Future Naval Capabilities,” by David M. Johnson. Perini is credited in the training article that focuses on Navy Mission Essential Tasks, Revolution in Training (RiT), and The Naval Warfare Training System (NWTS) as a contributor. In the NAVSEA HQ article he provided a large amount of support content about the NAVSEA Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) program.
