Company leadership chooses oustanding employees for their tireless efforts.

Arlington, VA – DELTA Resources Inc. recognizes the hard work and achievements of all of its employees and would like to congratulate Robert Gomez and Rachael Robinson on earning the highest achievement that DELTA can bestow upon a member of our DELTA family. They received their awards as part of DELTA Annual Appreciation Banquet.

Employee of the Year – Robert Gomez

Robert Gomez was recognized for his efforts as the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) T&E Lead for Joint Program Office at Yuma Proving Grounds (YPG). He was instrumental in JPO Test and Evaluation (T&E) proving the art of the possible, officially concluding M-ATV developmental C1 testing in just 102 calendar days. After coordinating three weeks of new equipment training (NET) at Fort Campbell, KY, he then had just 10 days to prepare and ship 15 MRAPs from KY to AZ and get them ready for the M-ATV IOT&E. His experience and skill were always at the forefront as he worked 12-16 hour days for an entire month. His willingness to fight through barriers, obstacles, no-go paths, and frustrations were a key factor in the incredible success of the M-ATV IOT&E.

New Employee of the Year – Rachael Robinson

Rachael Robinson was recognized for her superior service as a Naval Sea Systems Command Test and Evaluation Program Analyst, she has been the program manager's most trusted agent. She singlehandedly made all arrangements and ran a NATO FORACS symposium in Annapolis for her customer.
